Are you are carer or parent of a neurodivergent child (of any age)?
Are you sometimes feeling lost, overwhelmed, exhausted and alone?
Do you feel like you need some support, connection and strategies?
If so, we have you covered.
This four week group program is flexible and uniquely tailored to suit the group’s needs. The aim is to Embrace, Educate, Encourage and Empower you and your family.
In this first week we will embrace you and your family as we learn about your challenges, family dynamics, and how you are managing your unique parenting journey.
Now that we have a better understanding of your needs we will share strategies and skills to support you and your family. This may include- understanding neurodiversity, nervous system regulation, family dynamics and communication, attachment and attunement, burnout prevention, co-regulation, self care etc.
This week we look at how we encourage ourselves and our loved ones. Sometimes it’s hard to keep putting one foot in front of the other, so let’s explore ways to keep momentum, hold onto hope and be kind to ourselves in the process.
As we gather all our new insights, tools and strategies, we can empower ourselves to advocate for our children and teach them to advocate for themselves. Some of the things we may explore include finding our voice, healthy conflict, neuro-affirming language, family values etc.
