Welcome soon to be mama’s (this includes you too if you have already had other babies).
I invite you to gather in a circle type space, with other pregnant mamas and myself for a glorious evening of relaxation and reflection, connection, planning for your fourth trimester and gathering tools to build your village of support.
Our evening together will consist of us meeting in the beautiful space of the Liefde Wellness Centre in Seaford. You will be offered a warm drink and cozy space to sit or lay in circle. I will guide you through a relaxing meditation, I will share some reflections and allow you the chance for some journalling. I will then open up the space for some voicing in circle if you choose too.
I will then chat to you about my top tips for planning your fourth trimester and we may work on some joint planning together in the booklets that I provide you.
-You will get a copy of my 22 page postpartum planning document to continue working on at home. (this retails for $35 in my online shop).
-You also get one of my fav postpartum recipes, and I share with you my amazing resources, and people who can help love you up post baby’s arrival.
-You get a take home prezzie with a couple of items that are a must have for any newborn mama.
-We finish with final reflections and questions and then get to enjoy some yummy supper while you connect further with the other mum’s at the gathering.
