I had no idea what a women’s circle was four years ago.

But I did know I wanted to make local connections with other mamas after moving away from where I had had my first son.

I knew I was in need for “me time”.

I knew I enjoyed meditation, hearing others stories and talking.

I was blessed to experience my first women’s circle with the divine Melissa from @mindfulmamas_ For anyone that has been part of circle with Mel you will know her magic! Friendly, funny, a touch of woo-woo, and wise.

I was amazed at the deep connections that could be made with those I met in circle. The love and support for each other was beautiful. Those women got to be part of my journey in wanting to conceive, hearing my news about being pregnant and seeing me through until a few weeks before I gave birth!

I am forever grateful to them for holding space for me over those years.

I have now sat in several women’s circles facilitated by powerful wise women. I have done courses on how to hold space. But my greatest learnings are from witnessing and being part of circle myself.

I am always evolving in the work that I do. Always learning. Always exploring.

It would be my honour to hold space for you in circle. I am calling in all mamas to be and mamas in all seasons of mothering to join me! Check out my FB for all the latest details on my circle events.
